Wyoming County's Substance Abuse Prevention Program and Community Prevention Coalition
The 2018 community Mini-Grant Strategy is designed to continue seed funding for community organizations to create family friendly activities that improve community health through the education and support of tobacco and drug free lifestyles, underage drinking prevention, adult responsible/healthy alcohol use , healthy eating, active living, and mental/emotional wellness while raising awareness about the coalition's substance abuse prevention efforts in Wyoming County.
The Mini-Grant proposals are currently open and are due by June 14th, 2018 by 4:00 pm.
P4P Community Mini-Grants are designed to provide seed funding for community organizations to create free youth and family friendly activities. Activities can increase linkages to local resources, partnerships for wellness, through promoting the eight dimensions of wellness (Emotional, Environmental, Intellectual, Physical, Occupational, Spiritual, Social, Financial) while raising awareness about P4P's efforts to prevent substance abuse in Wyoming County.
